Using this store

These terms apply to use of allmaxnutritionqz.shop and purchases from allmaxnutritionqz. Use the store only if you can lawfully enter the relevant agreement, or have the required consent or authority. Provide accurate order information. If you create an account, keep its access information secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized use.

Products and information

Product descriptions, sizes, flavours, ingredients and instructions help you choose the correct goods. Review the specific product and packaging information before use. Images can vary with screens and packaging changes. Supplements and nutritional products should be used according to their labels; this store does not provide individual medical advice or guarantee a particular personal result. Contact us before purchase when a material detail is unclear.

Prices, stock and checkout

Prices and checkout amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The final checkout shows applicable discounts, taxes and delivery charges. Availability can change before an order is accepted. We may correct an error in a description, price or availability and will address any affected order as required by applicable law. We do not replace an agreed material term without communicating the relevant choice or remedy.

Order acceptance, changes and cancellation

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request; processing may still require payment and order verification. We may decline or cancel an order where fulfilment is not possible, payment fails, a material error occurs or misuse is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable consumer rights. If payment was taken for an order we cancel, we arrange the appropriate refund. Contact us promptly for a requested change or cancellation; after dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping, returns and payment

Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Payment Policy form part of the order information. Canadian Standard Shipping is free. Normal processing is 1–2 business days and post-dispatch transit approximately 4–6, for a combined estimate of 5–8 business days. Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery; we cover approved eligible return shipping and charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after receipt and review, to the original payment method.

Prohibited use and intellectual property

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, malicious code, attempts to access another person’s information or interference with the store. Content, product names, images and marks may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Their display does not grant a licence to reuse them beyond lawful personal shopping purposes.

Third-party services and responsibility

Shopify and independent payment or delivery providers supply parts of the service. External links can have their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for obligations applicable to our sales; any permissible limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms excludes a non-excludable warranty, remedy or mandatory consumer protection.

Applicable law, changes and contact

The applicable laws of Ontario and Canada govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections in the customer’s province or territory.
